Recursion Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (the “Company”) held its 2023 annual meeting of stockholders (“Annual Meeting”) on June 16, 2023.

At the Annual Meeting, the Company’s stockholders voted on the following proposals, each of which is described in more detail in the Company’s definitive Proxy Statement for the Annual Meeting filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on April 28, 2023 (the “Proxy Statement”):
